Majestic Garlic

Majestic generally prefers colder climates and can produce large bulbs ranging from 2″ to 3″ or more in diameter with massive easy to peel cloves.  Since it is a very mild flavoring garlic variety, it is especially great in raw dishes because it’s not too overpowering.  Majestic garlic and other porcelains generally mature later in the growing season than other varieties and have a long storage life.  This garlic originated from Canada.
